Order Processing
• All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
• Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.
• If we experience a high volume of orders, processing times may be slightly extended. If delays occur, we will notify you by email.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and chosen method.
Estimated delivery windows:
• Domestic Shipping: 3–7 business days
• International Shipping: 7–21 business days (varies by country and customs processing)

Shipping Carriers
We use trusted carriers such as Royal Mail, Evri, DHL, FedEx, UPS, and national postal services depending on destination and shipping selection.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking updates may require 24–48 hours to become available.
Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
Mansion Serganna is not responsible for customs fees, taxes, or import duties. These charges, if applicable, are determined by your country’s customs office and are the buyer’s responsibility.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes
Some carriers may not deliver to P.O. boxes. If this affects your order, we will contact you for an alternative address.
Damaged or Lost Packages
Mansion Serganna is not responsible for packages lost or damaged during shipping.
If your package arrives damaged:
1. Document the condition with photos
2. Contact the carrier to file a claim
3. Notify us so we can assist where possible

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct. Mansion Serganna is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
